TERMS OF USE & AGREEMENTS
Welcome to the NATACHA DUARTE shop . Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the "Agreement").
PRIVACY
NATACHA DUARTE respects our customers' account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside affiliations or individuals. Your information (we don't store your full credit card number) is secured and encrypted with the Secure Socket Layer Software via PayPal.
GENERAL
We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.
DELIVERY
Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, although most will be within 3 to 4. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify [email protected] or thru the contact form and quote your order number. We will reply as soon as possible and do our best to locate your parcel straightaway. If it cannot be found, we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. Buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping outside of the U.E. and will be contacted in advance should additional charges need to be made.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All items may be returned within 15 days of the delivery of the order . We will not accept your return if: the product is damaged or shows signs of having been worn. the item must be in its original packaging
Please email [email protected] with “RETURNS” in the subject line, saying which items you would like to return and stating the reason for the return. All requests for returns made after the 15 day period will be denied.
A direct exchange can only be made if the new item is to the exact value of your original purchase. Otherwise it will be placed a return and your return credit will be used to purchase the new item. Please email [email protected] with “EXCHANGE” in the subject line, saying which items you would like to exchange, stating the reason for the exchange and the new items details.

Please always keep in mind the time the package will take to reach us. The product is of your entire responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend you use a service which ensures the quality of the delivery for your return. Returns shipping costs are your responsibility.
PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
All prices include charges for shipping and handling or taxes, if delivered to customers within Europe. For customers outside the Europe, additional charges may apply. Please email [email protected] if this is the case.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by Lisbon courts.
TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or NATACHA DUARTE. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. NATACHA DUARTE also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in NATACHA DUARTE sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or NATACHA DUARTE, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
